Spinach & ricotta filled cannelloni

Cannelloni filled with a mixture of spinach ,ricotta salt & pepper and some grated cheese and mixed well adding beaten eggs.Some good tomato sauce ,some tablespoons sprinkled on bottom of a greased dish ,the filled cannelloni placed on the base,remaining tomato sauce poured on top evenly over the cannelloni,topped with cooking cream and lots of grated cheese . Covered with foil and baked for 30 minutes ,check and if cannelloni are ready ,uncover and bake until the top is golden to your liking.DSCF1804 DSCF1793 DSCF1794
