Spinach patties

I love patties or pulpetti as we call them in Maltese and I make all kinds with vegetables ,meat and fish. These are made with spinach and potatoes and used no flour to bind or dust them in before frying so this recipe is good for those on a gluten free diet.
In a bowl mash 3 large boiled potatoes,400 g thawed frozen spinach ,2 crushed garlic cloves,salt and pepper and beat 2 eggs and mix everything well. Take some of the mixture and form into patties .
Heat a non stick frying pan and pour some oil. Fry in batches until they are golden on each side.
