Roast spicy potatoes


Wash potatoes and cut into chunks. Par boil ,put chicken stock cube in the boiling water,turmeric and some curry. Drain then toss in olive oil,I added some paprika,zhoug spice mix which is a bit spicy ,crushed garlic cloves and some ground dill. Roasted until crisp & golden.DSCF1989 DSCF1978
