Roast spiced potatoes

Scrub and boil potatoes. Then cut in half if they are big .grease a baking dish preferably non stick with oil ,sprinkle some salt then place the halved potatoes ,mix some oil in a small bowl,add some garlic powder and brush the potatoes with oil. Sprinkle DSCF0515 DSCF0516 DSCF0522salt and coarsely ground pepper and baharat mix which is a spice mix made from coriander,paprika,cinnamon,cloves,cumin,nutmeg ,cardamom and chili. Roast in a preheated 200 C oven until they are crisp and crunchy on the outside and still fluff inside.
