Pasta Zebra Farfalle christened Pasta Juventus by my son Malik :)

This pasta is made with squid ink and its very good. No need for fancy sauces with such a striking pasta . I cooked in salted water as usual ,then I drained reserving a cupful of the cooking water. I heated some olive oil and added some crushed garlic and a few anchovy fillets stirring until the anchovy fillets melt ,I added 2 tablespoons olive pasteDSCF2066 DSCF2059 DSCF2064 and half a cup of the reserved pasta cooking water Then I gently tossed the cooked Zebra farfalle in the sauce.
I served in a large deep serving plate garnished with olives and black fish roe.
