Oat & choc muffins

In a bowl sift 11/2 cups self raising flour and 3 tablespoons cocoa. Add to them 1 cup oats and 1/2 cup sugar.In a jug whisk 1 cup milk with 1 tablespoon lemon juice added to make it like buttermilk or else use buttermilk if you have,1/4 cup vegetable oil and 1 egg.Pour the liquid mixture to the flour,oats etc and mix well until you have a batter . Divide mixture in bun tins lined with paper cases or silicone muffin cups and bake in a 175 C preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes. Check with a skewer or toothpick in the middle to see if they are done.The skewer or toothpick should come out clean when inserted in the middle of the muffin.DSCF1597
