Mushroom tortellini soup with truffles

An easy yet delicious and tasty supper this evening. Sauteed chopped onion,garlic in butter ,added 2 cups sliced mushrooms and a small sliced chili ,1/2 teaspoon turmeric and 1/2 teaspoon cumin. 1 ltr chicken stock and seasoned to taste & some finely chopped parsley. Let it boil then added 2 small packets mushroom tortellini and let them simmer until done. Serve with shavings of black truffle from Dical HouseDSCF1435
