Lemon gateau


A crushed biscuit base made with a packet of crushed almond biscuits and 1/2 cup melted butter and pressed on the base of a spring form tin.

Lemon meringue filling cream made using 2 packets and cooking according to the instructions ,I always add less water so its a thicker cream. Spreading the lemon cream over the biscuit base and letting it cool .

Then beating a tub of mascarpone and a packet of whipping cream ,adding sugar according to taste and some drops of butterscotch or lemon flavor. Decorate as desired then chill in the fridge until its time to serve.DSCF1198 DSCF1200 1540273_10200460904844616_1405495251_o
