Lamb Kebabs

Grilled lamb kebabs :Put 500 g minced lamb in a bowl,add 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley,1 small onion finely chopped,3 crushed garlic cloves,1/2 teaspoon paprika,1 teaspoon ras elhanout spice or mixed spice,1 tablespoon finely chopped mint or 1/2 teaspoon dried mint,salt and pepper,if you like them spicy chop a piece of fresh chili or add chili powder. . 1 tablespoon baking powder to bind .Mix well I find it best with my hands then thread on pre soaked bamboo kebab sticks. I find it best to wet my hands as I press the meat over the kebab sticks.Grill under a preheated hot grill turning so they cook evenly.
