Grilled stuffed mushrooms and tomatoes and turkey ham rolls


Wipe the mushrooms and remove the stalk ,keep the top end and the mushrooms that perhaps break as you are pulling the stem and chop finely . Chop finely a small onion and some garlic cloves. Melt some butter in a small sauce pan and saute the whole mushrooms ,season with salt and pepper. Saute briefly on one side then the other.do the same with the tomatoes scoop the seeds out and fry briefly on both sides. Put in an oven dish greased with a little butter. In same frying pan fry the chopped mushroom,onion and garlic,for about 3 minutes stirring so it does not burn. put in a bowl ,add 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley,some thyme,1/2 cup dried bread crumbs seasoning ,some grated cheese and olive oil . Fill the mushrooms and tomatoes. I had extra filling left so I took some slices of turkey ham ,put some stuffing over it and rolled ,then put them on a small dish which I lined with baking paper and greased it lightly with butter. Then I sprinkled the remaining stuffing on top. I put some grated mozzarella on the mushrooms and tomatoes then I put under a preheated grill for about 8-10 minutes.DSCF9581 DSCF9582 DSCF9575 DSCF9579
