Gluten free panettone desserts (used mini panettone as well )

Take a mini panettone and remove the papercase and turn upside down and slice the bottom .Scoop the inside taking care not to break it . I put it then face down in a cup . I made some strong black coffee and sprinkled a little inside. Filled half with chocolate cream (made with chocolate instant whip cream sachet and 125ml cold milk) Put a dollop of Nutella then filled with more chocolate cream. Turned upside down on a saucer . One I decorated with chocolate cream ,chocolate flakes and a cherry and the other I melted some Nutella and poured it over the mini panettone and decorated with choc flakes. They were delicious 🙂

Agluten Panettone from Dical House which is gluten free . Its delicious on its own but can be made more special by slicing the base off reserving it ,then putting upside down in a bowl and scooping out the inside taking care not to scoop too much and break it. Then prepare some ricotta ,beat it well mixing in crushed roasted nuts,chocolate and sliced cherries and if you like candied peel . Add icing sugar to sweeten according to taste then fill the panettone with the ricotta mixture. Place the panettone base that was cut earlier then turn over on a plate . Chill in the fridge. You can decorate with some sifted icing sugar on top and a drizzle of melted chocolate.
