Christmas cookies with banoffee curd and raspberry jam


Used short bread dough ,like we make for figolli cut into shapes and put a bit of banoffee curd on one side then with a smaller pastry cutter I cut inside the other shape and put it over the
pastry shape with the jam and pressed the edges .
