Chicken Tagine

Boil the chicken legs adding turmeric,cumin,cinnamon stick,curry and salt to the water. In the baking tin fry the sliced onions with mixed spice, add sliced potatoes and large sliced pieces of carrots and peas & some garlic ,add some of the chicken stock . Put the chicken pieces on top ,brushing them with some soy,tomato ketchup ,paprika mixed with some chicken stock . Put it in a med hot oven until the potatoes are done and the chicken has a crispy golden colour.
