Chicken rolls

I made these chicken rolls using spring roll pastry . I baked them and I left the spring roll pastry square whole so made chicken rolls that are more than a bite size . When using frozen spring roll pastry let it thaw in the bag then while using be careful how you peel one from the other and put a damp clean cloth over the pastry you are not using so it will not harden and get dry.DSCF9791 DSCF9777 DSCF9778 DSCF9779 DSCF9780 DSCF9781 DSCF9783
I made the filling by frying a finely chopped onion ,add 1 teaspoon turmeric.1/2 teaspoon paprika and 1/2 teaspoon mixed spice. When the onion is soft add 500 g minced chicken and cook until the meat is done. Then add some finely chopped tomato,3 cloves garlic and 1/2 cup chopped parsley. To it add 2 tablespoons tomato sauce (ketchup) and 1 tablespoon mango chutney. . Take off heat and put in a bowl so it cools . line a baking sheet with baking paper and grease it with oil or melted butter. Put a piece of spring roll square pastry diagonally and put a spoonful of chicken in a corner ,roll ,tuck in corners and and roll like a spring roll. Put on the baking sheet and brush with melted butter or oil. Bake in 180 C preheat oven until the rolls are golden.
