Banoffee Gateau

Start by crushing a packet of digestive biscuits and I added 2 cups of Leverno Amaretini from Dical House to add an almond flavour to my biscuit base ,Put the crushed biscuits in a bowl and add 125g melted butter and stir, Press this mixture in a spring form tin
I used tinned ready made caramel and spread it over the biscuit base .
Over the caramel i put a layer of sliced bananas .
In a mixing bowl and using a beater whip 1 tub of mascarpone or cream cheese ,then add a large carton of whipping cream and beat until it stands in peaks .Fold in a chopped banana and spread on top . Sift some cocoa powder on top , Chill in the fridge for a few hours until it is time to serve.10487422_611212138985731_844678894662006103_n
