Baked pasta shells in tomato sauce

Pasta shells cooked in a cherry tomato,finely minced beef ,diced aubergine & peas sauce .Cream,eggs and grated cheese added then baked.
Saute a chopped onion,garlic cloves and diced aubergine then add 400g I used fine minced beef ,When the meat browns add a can of cherry tomatoes in sauce, a small can of peas and a can of polpa or passata,if you like it spicy add chili flakes or cayenne pepper and some pinches of Italian mixed herbs ,like thyme,oregano and basil. .Pour in 11/2 ltr hot water or stock .Let it boil and simmer for about 15 minutes. Put 500 small pasta shells and cook until al dente. Put in an oven dish. In a jug or bowl mix a small packet of cooking cream and 2 eggs and pour over the pasta & sauce mixing in the cream & egg mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese on to,some salt and pepper and then bake in a 180 C preheated oven until it golden . It will not be dense but creamy .DSCF2153 DSCF2151
