Baked awrat in foil


Line a baking dish with foil. Put some chopped onions,sliced green pepper and tomatoes,chopped garlic,finely chopped parsley,mint and thyme ,chopped fresh chili,leave out if you do not like it spicy. 1/2 teaspoon cumin sprinkled ,ground pepper and salt a drizzle of oil and lemon juice. Prepare the fish season it ,I like to slit it all the way and open it skin facing down. Then I sprinkle some cumin,salt and pepper,some chili,chopped garlic ,parsley,mint and thyme ,drizzle with some olive oil and lemon juice then close the foil and bake in a preheated 180 C oven or in the portable convection oven (Grilgioso etc ) for about 15 minutes then uncover and roast it for a further 5 minutes.DSCF9745 DSCF9736 DSCF9737 DSCF9738 DSCF9740
