  • My mother used to make a butter bean salad, I think she used to use butter beans, spring onions and garlic with some parsley thrown in! Am I right or was I thinking of how it should be lol?!

  • WELL FIRST YOU HAVE TO SOAK THE WATER BEANS FOR 48 HOURS CHANGING THE WATER EVERY 6 HOURS. YOU COOK IN WATER WITH A LITTLE OIL UNTIL JUST DONE.THEN YOU WILL IMMEDIATELY PUT IN COLD WATER UNTIL THE BEANS ARE COLD .IF LEFT TO GET COLD WITH OUT COLD WATER THEY WILL BE OVER COOKED. GARNISH WITH LOT OF GARLIC AND PARSLEY.
